Standard Coverage
Every GrayTile product comes with a 1‑year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the Arklyn Hub or accessories
- Component failure under normal operating conditions
- Firmware issues that prevent the device from functioning as advertised
- Free replacement of defective units (shipping covered by GrayTile within India)
What's NOT Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, water, fire or accidents
- Damage from power surges, lightning or incorrect voltage
- Unauthorised repair, modification or tampering
- Consumables: AAA, CR2032, CR2450 and 23A batteries
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Loss or theft of the device
How to Claim

- Our team will troubleshoot remotely — most issues resolve in one chat.
- If a replacement is needed, we'll arrange a reverse pickup and ship a new unit.
Extended Warranty
Extended protection plans (2 and 3 year) are available at the time of purchase. Contact us within 30 days of order to add coverage.
Limitations
GrayTile's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of property, data or revenue arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
