Acceptance
By purchasing, installing or using the Arklyn Hub, accessories or the GrayTile mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Use the Services only for lawful, personal residential security purposes.
- Do not reverse‑engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not use the Services to harass, surveil or harm any person.
- Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
Service nature & disclaimers
Arklyn is a self‑monitored alert system. It is not a substitute for professional monitoring, emergency services or a guarantee against intrusion. Alerts rely on cellular networks, power and battery levels — none of which are 100% reliable. You are responsible for ensuring your hub is powered, online and tested regularly.
Subscription & fees
There are no monthly fees or other charges for the first year of service with every Arklyn Hub. Each annual term — the free first year and every subsequent renewal — includes a quota of 50 completed (answered) alert calls. A call is counted against the quota only if it is actually answered; missed or unanswered alert calls are not counted. After the first year, service renews at ₹699/year + applicable taxes, which resets the 50‑answered‑call quota and continues full app access and OTA updates.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, designs, software and content related to GrayTile and Arklyn are the property of GrayTile Technologies. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive licence to use the Services for personal purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrayTile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of property, data or revenue, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services for breach of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app and disconnecting the hub.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
