Who we are
GrayTile Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the Arklyn Hub home security system and the companion mobile application. We are headquartered in India.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number when you register.
- Device data: hub serial number, paired sensor IDs, arm/disarm events, battery levels.
- Usage data: app interactions, crash reports, diagnostic logs.
- Communication: messages you send us via email or WhatsApp.
How we use it
- To operate your Arklyn Hub and deliver alerts (calls, app notifications).
- To troubleshoot, improve and update the product.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with applicable laws.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Telecom partners required to place alert calls to your registered numbers.
- Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) under strict confidentiality.
- Law enforcement, when required by valid legal process.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured servers in India. We use industry‑standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach we will notify affected users without undue delay.
Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

Children
Arklyn is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified within the app.
